What are your operating hours?

We aspire to offer the best customer service and hence promise to deliver prompt replies. Our operating hours are almost 24 hours, we aim to reply your queries within 48 hours upon notification, including public holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payments via Stripe and Paypal Transactions for both local & international customers.

All transaction charges by PayPal and Stripe will be fully absorbed by us.

Kindly drop us an email if you wish to transfer the payment manually.

How long will items be reserved for after I receive my invoice? (For ibank/ATM transfer)

Upon checking out, your order will be reserved for you up till 48 hours. In the event that we do not receive payment within this time frame, we regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled without prior notification.

For Paypal/Stripe, a confirmation email of order list will be sent in minutes after payment is received.

What if I want to cancel my order?


Unfortunately, all sales are final. We strongly urge you to review your order carefully before clicking checkout.

I received a wrong order, what should I do?

My order is placed, when will it be shipped?


Once payment is verified, all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

 

What if my normal parcel is lost?

We will try our best to retrieve your parcel. However, we bear no responsibility for normal postage lost mail as there is no tracking code to it. Hence, we strongly advise all customers to opt for registered postage instead.

I have made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage fees and have the excess refunded?

We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.

What shipping company do you use?

We trust Singpost with all our life. If your mail via local postage is not received after receiving shipping confirmation, there might be an error in your shipping address. Please reach out to your nearest Singpost outlet to see if they have it safekept for you to claim. Do note to claim it within 2 weeks before it's being returned to us again.

How long will my item on BACKORDER arrive?

Backorder takes about 14-18 working days to arrive. Please bear with us while we ship out all instocks, before shipping out your BO. (We will send your items in 2 batches if your total  order includes both instock items and BO items.
